On Saturday we held an Open Home of our award winning Renovation Display at Coorparoo.
The Event
Visitors were able to look through the raised and built under home to obtain an insight into the quality workmanship of 1STRUCT and also discuss their own construction projects. We had around 40 people visit the home on Saturday to view our high-quality finishes and discuss the design and construction with our expert team. Mother nature turned it on with an amazing late winter, blue sky, 28-degree day.
Our team answered many questions regarding the design and construction of the project and specifically how it related to visitors’ own projects. Holding these discussions in a completed renovation allowed visitors to envision their potential raise & build under projects and get a feel for space and scale. Guests were able to view the creative finishes, concepts and materials used to gain inspiration for their own dream homes.
The designer of the house, Jamin Yarrow of Jamin Building Design, was also present which allowed visitors to discuss more in depth some of the design features of the home and get some helpful tips for their own projects.
Luck Door Prize Winner
We had a bottle of Veuve Clicquot as a lucky door prize for one lucky guest. See the below video for the drawing of the prize.
